Welcome to Audubon Society of Portland's BIRDATHON 2011!
A Fun(d)Raiser that celebrates the many species of birds that live in and pass through our beautiful region and state!
Birdathon is now open for registration and for pledging! Birdathon trips take place the first three weeks of May. We're all about raising significant fun and funds to help Audubon Society of Portland's mission of protecting wild animals and wild places now and for the future. Birdathon is Portland Audubon's signature event and one of the largest in the country!
Birdathon participants - customize your webpage with your most passionate pitch and fun photos that will compel your supporters to dig deep for wildlife!
Pledgers - find your Birdathon counter, see how they're doing and what kind of goals they've set, and help them get there. This site should be easy for you to maneuver and should be a good tool for your fundraising efforts. Should you need any assistance with registration or managing your webpage, please don't be shy! Contact Gary Slone, Birdathon Coordinator, at 503.753.2747 or email, gary.audubon@gmail.com for help. Participants: tell us what you're seeing when you're out in the field! Use Facebook and Twitter to keep fellow Birdathoners abreast of the species you are seeing in real time!
